About the role

• →Run Hacksawn's own social channels day to day (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X).
• →Turn client work into case studies, carousels, and short posts we can actually publish.
• →Research prospects and build clean outreach lists for the sales team.
• →Help write and send cold email sequences, then track what is working.
• →Coordinate with editors and designers to get marketing assets made on time.
• →Keep track of numbers weekly (reach, replies, booked calls) and report what changed.
• →Handle inbound messages and route real leads to the right person.
• →Watch what other agencies are doing and bring ideas to the table.

Requirements

What you will be doing:

• →Strong written English communication.
• →Experienced with both LinkedIn and Instagram.
• →Basic understanding of how content brings in clients, not just likes.
• →Organised enough to run a content calendar without being reminded.
• →Willing to learn fast and take feedback without ego.
• →Must be based in Dhaka and available onsite full time.
• →0 to 1 year of experience is fine. Attitude matters more than CV.
